About Mike McHugh
 Who would have thought that a career in the aerospace industry could morph into a career in the real estate sale world? After almost 20 years with McDonnell Douglas, which has since merged with the Boeing Corporation, Mike McHugh grew restless not only with his current career, but also with raising his family in southern California. In 1991, Mike, his wife Gail and their two sons Mike and Mark, moved to Oregon and have never looked back.
Mike started his real estate career with Lutz Snyder in late 1991. During his first full year, he sold 28 homes. It has been full steam ahead ever since. Making only one move since he started his real estate career, Mike joined RE/MAX in 1993. His production continued to climb each year, and in 1997 he attained Platinum Club Status with RE/MAX International. This is a prestigious ranking that Mike has maintained for more than 10 years, selling an average of more than 50 homes per year.
Mike has also received the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Lifetime Achievement awards. In addition, he has been a Diamond/Platinum member of the Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® Million Dollar Club every year since 1996. Consistency and stability are the foundation of the long-term relationships that have helped propel Mike into the top 1% of Realtors not only in the Portland area but also in the U.S
